If you are wanting to add a little extra, ask us about our 'Walk n Fork' menu. These delicious bowls are a great compliment to our canapes and offer your guests a mini-meal. Great for longer events or evening celebrations where the bubbles will be flowing!

FROM THE GARDEN
• Buffalo Mozzarella and vine ripe tomato caprese salad, fresh basil, olives, rocket and reduction of balsamic (V) (GF)
• Roasted garlic mushroom and Israeli cous cous, sundried tomato, basil pesto & pecorino (V)
• Roast beetroot, fig and shallot Tarte Tatin with summer leaves and an orange, walnut & dill dressing (VG)
• Cumin Watermelon & Feta salad – with marinated onions, olives, mint and salad leaves, toasted pepitas, lemon oil dressing (GF)
FROM THE LAND
• Pulled Lamb salad with Mediterranean roast eggplant, capsicum, red onion, courgette and tomato salad with Tahini yogurt dressing (GF)
• Gochujang Pork belly with daikon, radish, spring onion greens and nashi pear salad with fresh coriander and toasted peanuts
• Oolong tea smoked duck, with roast pear, Potato chips, wild rocket, witlof and micro green salad, mirin and walnut emulsion (GF) (DF)
• Free-range pulled pork, Fresh American slaw, and homemade BBQ sauce, served with corn chips and Mexican-style salad
• Coffee Braised beef short rib, pomme herb Rosti -seasonal greens and reduced braising jus (GF)
FROM THE SEA
• Hot smoked salmon with a gourmet potato, spring onion, and rocket salad with a boiled egg and caper mayo dressing (GF)
• Tuna Nicoise salad – BBQ Tuna with artichokes, green beans, chickpeas, tomato petals, gourmet potato and olives with a cinnamon and pomegranate dressing. (GF) (DF)
• BBQ King prawn skewer marinated in lemon, garlic, chilli and oregano, served with Bulger, pea, watercress, mint, dill, and rocket salad, and a tomato saffron and current sauce (GF)
• Tempura fish with thick-cut chips served with caper mayo dipping sauce
Sustainable and A Budget Saver
All of our dishes are designed to be eaten on the go and come in easy compostable bowls, noodle box, or bamboo boats. We provide all the compostable plates, bowls, noodle boxes, cutlery, and serviettes – which are all included in our price.
Not only is the menu option good for the environment, it is also good on your budget. Our Walk and Fork menus are a cost-effective way to feed your guests, and there is no need for hiring cutlery and plates, nor is formal seating required.
Plus we don’t need as many staff for a walk and fork meal as there is much less washing up.
